Mmm… Nothing better than a frosty, bubbly elderflower soda.
Say what? You’ve never had an elderflower soda?
Well, neither had I until my foraging guru helped me find and pick a bunch of flowers and I whipped up a batch of elderflower syrup. I add about a teaspoon of this lovely, lemony, floral concoction to a glass of club soda and voila! Elderflower soda.
It’s so incredibly refreshing and delicious. I can’t wait to try it with vodka. 
Interestingly, I made my way to Ikea last week (Dallas, not Denver) and saw, in the cafeteria line, that they had elderflower juice boxes. Unfortunately, I didn’t sample one; I was looking forward too much to the lingonberry soda.
