So exciting—I went foraging with Butter again tonight, and we discovered some very exciting things, not the least of which was a coyote! She was acting a little strangely and may have been protecting her den, so we gave her a wide berth.
On the upside, we got some garlic, garlic scapes, and more yucca flowers. I hope to make Butter’s marinated yucca blossoms. I’ll let you know how it goes!
